A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON AMENDING
THE SIX -YEAR TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM FOR THE YEAR 1990 - 1996
WHEREAS, The City Council Resolution No. 1513 adopted
the Six Year Transportation Improvement Program and specified the
improvement of Tremont Street; and
WHEREAS, the improvement of Tremont Street is
considered Phase 2 of the Port Orchard Bypass; and
WHEREAS, The Port Orchard Bypass is a joint project
between the City of Port Orchard and Kitsap County,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD, AS FOLLOWS:
Item 3 of the Six Year Transportation Improvement
Program be amended to show the terminus of the road project to be
from State Road 16 to Bethel Avenue.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of
such passage this 9t'h day of April, 1990.
