1535 - Resolution - Public Hearing on Vacation of ROWRESOLUTION NO. 1535 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, FIXING THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF ALDER LANE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, Washington, as follows: THAT a Public Hearing on a Petition to Vacate a portion of Alder Lane further described as follows, is hereby fixed for Tuesday, May 29, 1990 at 7:45 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washington. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Situated in Section 34, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, Kitsap County: The west half of the City of Port Orchard street called Alder Lane, starting at Tremont Street for the length of 400 feet northwesterly as measured on the centerline of Alder Lane, with the north margin being perpendicular to the centerline. The aforesaid, is approximately fifteen (15') wide and approximately 400 feet long containing approximately 6,000 square feet. The Petitioner is the owner of an interest in real estate abutting on the above described area. The Petitioner constitutes more than two-thirds of the owners of said portions of abutting property. WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that proceedings be had hereon for the Vacation of said area of said right-of-way in the manner prescribed by RCW 35.79. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 23rd day of April, 1990. 4LESLI J.
