1538 - Resolution - Issuance of Revised Special Use PermitRESOLUTION NO. 1538 v A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVISED SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO BLESSED MARGARET CATHOLIC CHURCH, AS SUBMITTED BY FATHER AYLWARD FOR A SPECIFIC USE OF A PARCEL OF PROPERTY WHICH IS IN HARMONY WITH THE VARIOUS ELEMENTS OR OBJECTIVES OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND IS NOT DETRIMENTAL TO EXISTING USES PERMITTED IN THAT PARTICULAR ZONE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: THAT: Whereas the City Planning Commission has held the required public hearings in accordance with the criteria set forth in Chapter 6 (Special Use Permits) of Ordinance No. 1469, Zoning Ordinance of the City of Port Orchard, and; WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has recommended approval of the application by Blessed Margaret Catholic Church as submitted by Father Aylward, and has recorded with the City Clerk their decision setting forth their findings and recommendations. NOW, THEREFORE, the Ci Orchard does adopt Planning Commis Findings, Facts and Conclusions as the issuance of a revised Special Blessed Margaret Catholic Church, that a Concomitant Agreement with and recorded, securing to the City assess for a sewermain, watermain improvements as needed to mitigate in accordance with the conditions Chapter 6. ,y Council of the City of Port pion Resolution No. 144-90, with their own and hereby approves Jse Permit to allow expansion of Nith the additional condition the Special Use Permit be signed the right to construct and ,rith fire hydrants and road the impact of the development, imposed by Ordinance No. 1469, LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 35, Township 24N, Range 1E, the West half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 24 N, Range 1 East, W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington: Except the North 210 feet; and Except the West 15 feet from County Road No. 76.
