A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, FIXING THE DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION
OF AN UNNAMED ALLEYWAY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Port Orchard, Washington, as follows:
THAT a Public Hearing on a Petition to Vacate a
portion of an unnamed alleywayt further described as follows, is
hereby fixed for July 9, 1990 at 7:45 P.M. in the City Council
Chambers, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washington.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Situated in Section 25, Township
24 North, Range 1 East, Kitsap County, that portion of an unnamed
alley which abuts Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 of Block 1 pf Tp,
Cline's Addition to Sidney as recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, Page
29, in Kitsap County, Washington: together with that portion of
the said alley which extends 30 feet southerly to the centerline
of vacated Taylor (Central) Street.
The aforesaid, is approximately sixteen (16') wide
and approximately one hundred fifty (150') long containing
approximately 2.400 square feet.
The Petitioner is the owner of an interest in real
estate abutting on the above described area.
The Petitioner constitutes more than two-thirds of
the owners of said portions of abutting property.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that proceedings be had
hereon for the Vacation of said area of said right-of-way in the
manner.prescribed by RCW 35.79.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, APPROVED by the mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 11th ay of June, 1990.
