A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT ORCHARD PROVIDING THE FINAL
APPROVAL FOR THE PLAT OF CEDAR CANYON
ESTATES DIVISION 3
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard has approved the preliminary plat for Division 3, Cedar
Canyon Estates, and
WHEREAS. the conditions of approval have been met
by the developer, and
WHEREAS, the developer has committed through Puget
Sound Bank to pave the street to City standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD THAT the final plat of Division 3,
Cedar Canyon Estates is hereby approved.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 27th day of August, 1990.
