A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
FIXING THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION FOR A
VACATION OF AN UNNAMED ALLEY IN BLOCK 2 OF THE PLAT
OF TOM CLINE'S ADDITION TO SIDNEY (700 Block between
Taylor and Division Streets - east of Sunset Lane
Cemetery and west of Bethel Avenue), AS SUBMITTED BY
NORMAN K. AND MARLENE L. SAVAGE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
Washington, as follows:
THAT a Public Hearing on the petition for Vacation of a portion of
an unnamed alley in Block 2 of the Plat of Tom Cline's Addition to Sidney
further described as follows, is hereby fixed for Monday, October 22, 1990 at
8:00 PM in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port
Orchard, Washington.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lots 19 to 24, inclusive, Block 2, Tom
Cline's Addition of Sidney, City of Port Orchard, according
to plat recorded in Volume I of Plats, page 29 in Kitsap
County, Washington; EXCEPT 25 feet of said lots 19 and 20
for road.
The aforesaid portion of an unnamed alley in Block 2 of the Plat of
Tom Clines' Addition to Sidney is sixteen feet (16') wide and two hundred forty
feet (240') long containing approximately 3,840 square feet.
The Petitioner is the owner of an interest in real estate abutting
on the above described area.
The Petitioner constitute more than two-thirds of the owners of
said portions of abutting property.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that proceedings be had hereon for the
Vacation of said area of said right-of-way in the manner prescribed by RCW
35.79.

written request a statement of the full text of the
Resolution will be mailed to any interested person without
charge. Thirty days after publication, copies of Resolution
