A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, ADOPTING THE SEWER COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN
WHEREAS, The City of Port Orchard owns and operates a
sewer collection system, and
WHEREAS, each system is required by the Department of
Ecology to complete a Comprehensive Sewer Plan, and
WHEREAS, The City has completed the Comprehensive Plan
and the Departent of Ecology has reviewed and approved the plan;
THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
1. The City of Port Orchard adopts the Sewer
Comprehensive Plan
2. The City Council establishes a price of fifty
dollars for the purchase of either the Sewer
Comprehensive Plan or the Water Comprehensive Plan
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 13th day of November, 1990.
