A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
ADOPTING THE MODERATE RISK WASTE MANAGEMENT
PLAN.
WHEREAS, All the Cities in Kitsap County have joined
with Kitsap County to manage solid waste in a coordinated manner,
and
WHEREAS, the lead agency is Kitsap County which has
recently completed the Moderate Risk Waste Management Plan dated
December, 1989 which provides the basis for future management
decisions concerning moderate risk, and
WHEREAS, the City concurs with the recommendations of
the Plan,
NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD HEREBY RESOLVES:
1. The City of Port Orchard adopts the December, 1989
Moderate Risk Waste Management Plan, and
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 26th day of November, 1990.
