1505 - Resolution - Public Hearing on Petition to Vacate Portion of Hull AvenueRESOLUTION NO. 1505 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, FIXING THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION FOR A VACATION OF A PORTION OF HULL AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAY BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, Washington, as follows: THAT a Public Hearing on the petition for Vacation of a portion of Hull Avenue right-of-way further described as follows, is hereby fixed for Monday, March 13, 1989 at 7:45 PM in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washington. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Situated in Section 26, Township 24N, Range 1 East Kitsap County, Washington. That portion of Hull Avenue, which abuts the north margin of Division Street, the west line of lot 13, Central Addition to Sidney Replat, the south line of J.H. Cline's Addition to Sidney and the east line of Government Lot 2. The aforesaid portion of right-of-way is thirty feet (30') wide and forty feet (40') long containing 1,200 square feet. The Petitioners are the owner of an interest in real estate abutting on the above described area. The Petitioners constitute more than two-thirds of the owners of said portions of abutting property. WHEREFORE, the Petitioners pray that proceedings be had hereon for the Vacation of said area of said right-of-way in the manner prescribed by RCW 35.79. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 13th day of February, 1989. LESLIE J.
