1509 - Resolution - Public Hearing on Petition to Vacation Portion of Baltimore StreetRESOLUTION NO. 1509 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, FIXING THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION FOR A VACATION OF A PORTION OF BALTIMORE STREET. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, Washington, as follows: THAT a Public Hearing on the petition for Vacation of a portion of Baltimore Street further described as follows, is hereby fixed for Monday, June 12, 1989 at 7:45 PM in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washington. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: THE SOUTHERLY 15' OF BALTIMORE STREET LYING NORTHERLY OF LOT 9, BLOCK 5, ANNAPOLIS, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME i OF PLATS, PAGES 64 AND 65, RECORDS OF KITSAP COUNTY, SITUATED IN KITSAP COUNTY, WASHINGTON. The aforesaid portion of Baltimore Street is fifteen feet (15') wide and one hundred feet (100') long containing 1,500 square feet. The Petitioner is the owner of an interest in real estate abutting on the above described area. The Petitioner constitute more than two-thirds of the owners of said portions of abutting property. WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that proceedings be had hereon for the Vacation of said area of said right-of-way in the manner prescribed by RCW 35.79. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 8th day of May, 1989. LE LIE J.
