A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
AUTHORIZING APPLICATION TO THE WASHINGTON STATE ARTS
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Washington States Art Commission offers grants
for short term projects, not to exceed $750 State contribution; and
WHEREAS, the City is seeking funding for a downtown ornamental
water fountain;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PORT ORCHARD,
The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard, Leslie J. Weatherill,
is authorized to make application for assistance from the Arts Commission
and to sign contractural documents in regards to City Council approved
State Arts Commission projects.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 10th day of July, 1989.
