IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 35.44.410 REVISED CODE—`O�O,,Iy UD�TOtt

Dll-PUTy � WHEREAS, Section 35.44.410 Revised Code of Washington
allowing Cities and Towns to order segregation of assessments; and
WHEREAS, a request has been received for a segregation of
U.L.I.D. No. 1 Account Number 46090000080603 Parcel Number 2446B
containing 1.847 acres in the amount of $1,720.61 plus interest at the
rate of 10.6%. This parcel was originally assessed on January 18, 1984 as
part of Account No. 4609-000-008-0207 (2446D) and was segregated on August
1.3, 1984;
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Those portions of Tracts 8 and 12 of the Plat of
"Orchard Heights", recorded in Volume 8 of Plats, pages 68, 69 and 70,
records of Kitsap County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning at
the most southerly corner of Tract 12 of said Plat; thence North 8*23'36"
west along the westerly line of said Tract 12 a distance of 100.00 feet to
the southeast corner of Lot 1, Plat of "Packwood 6th Addition", recorded
in Volume 14 of Plats, pages 70, 71 and 72, records of said County, being
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: thence north 89*47'37" west in said Tract 8
along the south line of said Lot 1 a distance of 71.57 feet to the
easterly right-of-way margin of Red Spruce Drive•in said Plat of "Parkwood
6th Addition": thence south 8*33'07" east along said easterly margin a
distance of 306.00 feet; thence north 89*30'00" east 250.64 feet; thence
north 12*23'52" west 234.94 feet; thence north 19*13'48" west 74.30 feet
to the most westerly corner of the Plat of "Parkwood 5th Addition",
recorded in Volume 14 of Plats, pages 9, 10 and 11, records of said
County, being a point on the southeasterly line of said Tract 12; thence
north 89*47'37" west in said Tract 12 a distance of 149.66 feet to the
true point of beginning.
WHEREAS, the segregation shall be made as nearly as
possible on the same basis as the original assessment was levied and the
total of the segregated assessment shall equal the principal due on the
assessment before the segregation; and
WHEREAS, a fee shall be charged in the amount of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) for each tract of land for which a segregation is to be
made and inaddition a charge for reasonable engineering and clerical costs
incident to making the segregation; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that such segregation
does not jepardize the lien for such assessment.
THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Port Orchard
does hereby order the City Treasurer to complete the above request for
segregation:
