A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CITY -COUNTY AGREEMENT WITH THE WASHINGTON
STATE: DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION RELATIVE
TO CONSTRUCTING NEW GUARDRAILS.ON SIDNEY
AVENUE AND MITCHELL AVENUE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard
be and hereby is authorized to sign the City -County
Agreement with the Washington State Department of
Transportation relative to the design and installation of
new guardrails on both Sidney Avenue and Mitchell Avenue.
,PASSED by the City Council of the City of
Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the
Clerk in authentication of such passage this llth day of
January, 1988.
