A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD, WASHINGTON ABOLISHING THE
SPECIAL FUND IN THE PORT ORCHARD
POLICE DEPARTMENT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Police Special Fund in the amount
of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) is hereby abolished.
THAT: the Police Chief is hereby directed to
turn back the amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) to the
City Treasurer.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 12th day of September,
