A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, FIXING THE DATE
OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION FOR A
VACATION OF THE PLAT OF RYLANDER
ADDITION TO PORT ORCHARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Port Orchard, Washington, as follows:
THAT a Public Hearing on the petition for
Vacation of Rylander Addition to Port Orchard further
described as follows, is hereby fixed for Monday,
December 12, 1988 at 7:45 PM in the City Council Chamber,
City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washington.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
THE EAST HALF OF LOT 4 AND ALL OF LOT 51
BLOCK 1, HAYWARDS HOME TRACTS, AS PER
PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 6 OF PLATS ON
PAGE 46, RECORDS OF KITSAP COUNTY,
WASHINGTON.
The aforesaid described Plat is three hundred
feet (300') wide and six hundred (6.00') long as shown on
attached Plat, Volume 11, Page 57.
The Petitioner is a representative of Tudor and
Associates, owners of the Plat of Rylander Addition to Port
Orchard.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays the proceedings be
had hereon for the Vacation of said area of said Plat in the
manner prescribed by RCW 35.79.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of
Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the
Clerk in authentication of such passage this 14th day of
November, 1988.
