A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, FIXING THE DATE
OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION FOR A
VACATION OF A PORTION OF AN UNNAMED
ALLEYWAY
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Port Orchard, Washington, as follows:
THAT a Public Hearing on a Petition for Vacation
of a portion of an unnamed alley further described as
follows, is hereby fixed for Monday, December 12, 1988 at
8:00 PM in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 216 Prospect
Street, Port Orchard, Washington.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 35,
Township 24 North, Range 1E, W.M.,
Kitsap County, that alley which is
located between Block I and Block 2
of the Plat of Harrison Park Addition
to Sidney, Port Orchard, Washington,
as recorded in Kitsap County.
The aforesaid alley is ten feet (101) wide and
four hundred feet (400') long containing 4000 square feet.
The Petition is the owner of an interest in real
estate abutting on the above described area.
The Petitioner constitutes more than two-thirds
of the owners of said portions of abutting property.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that proceedings be
had hereon for the Vacation of said area of said alleyway in
the manner prescribed by RCW 35.79.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of
Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the
Clerk in authentication of such passage this 14th day of
November, 1988.
