A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A
SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO GARY P.
WASILCHEN FOR A SPECIFIC USE OF A
PARCEL OF PROPERTY WHICH IS IN
HARMONY WITH THE VARIOUS ELEMENTS OR
OBJECTIVES OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
AND IS NOT DETRIMENTAL TO EXISTING
USES PERMITTED IN THAT PARTICULAR
ZONE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: Whereas the City Planning Commission has
held the required public hearings in accordance with the
criteria set forth in Chapter 5 (Special Use Permits) of
Ordinance No. 1163, Zoning Ordinance of the City of Port
Orchard, and;
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has
recommended approval of the application by Gary P. Wasilchen,
and has recorded with the City Clerk their decision setting
forth their findings and recommendations.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Port Orchard does adopt Planning Commission Resolution No.
107-88, with Findings and Facts, Conclusions and Condition,
as their own, and does hereby approve the issuance of a
Special Use Permit to allow a mini -warehouse facility
including a managers residence and a small smoking pipe
repair shop in accordance with the conditions imposed by
Ordinance No. 1163, Chapter 5.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 6 through 25,
Block 2 and Lots 10 through 25, Block
I of the Plat of Harrison Park
Addition to Sidney EXCEPT ROADS, Port
Orchard, Washington.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 28rd day of November,
