A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHRD APPROVING AND CERTIFYING THE
COMPREHENSIVE PARK PLAN FOR THE CITY
OF PORT ORCHARD
WHEREAS, the Planning Department of the City
of Port Orchard has actively sought citizen input to
improve the municipal parks and to develop future
programs, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has maintained a
consistent set of goals for the municipal parks by
incorporating the findings of the Downtown Waterfront
Revitalization Taskforce, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public
hearing to review and discuss the proposed Comprehensive
Park Plan for 1988,
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City
of Port Orchard does hereby approve and certify the
Comprehensive Park Plan for the City of Port Orchard.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 12th day of December,
