A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD AUTHORIZING AN INTERFUND
TRANSFER LOAN FOR THE BY-PASS FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE THAT:
The City Treasurer of the City of Port Orchard be
and hereby is authorized to make a temporary interfund
transfer loan as needed, to be repaid .with -interest at 7% per
annum:
From the Street Fund to the, By-pass Fund

Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the
