1455 - Resolution - Regulations for Parking on Dekalb and Kitsap StreetsRESOLUTION NO. 1455�✓ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS RELATED TO PARKING ON DEKALB AND KITSAP STREETS. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: WHEREAS, R.C.W. 46.90.270 as adopted by Ordinance No. 1152 authorizes the City to adopt regulations to prohibit, regulate or limit stopping, standing or parking of vehicles in the City by Resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard that: SECTION 1. Parking time limited on certain streets. When signs are erected by the City Engineer in each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time specified in this section, on the days specified in this section, upon any of the street des.cribed as follows: A. DeKalb Street, on both sides in the 1400-1700 blocks. There will be two hour parking from eight A.M. to six P.M., on any day except Saturday, Sunday and federal holidays. B. Farragut Avenue, in the 100 and 200 blocks. There will be two hour parking from eight A.M. to six P.M., on any day except Saturday, Sunday and federal holidays. C. Kitsap Street, on both sides, in the 1400 block. There will be two hour parking from eight A.M. to six P.M., on any day except Saturday, Sunday and federal holidays D. Mitchell Avenue, on both sides, in the 100-700 blocks. There will be two hour parking from eight A.M. to six P.M., on any day except Saturday, Sunday and federal holidays. E. Tracy Avenue, on both sides in the 100 and 200 blocks. There will be two hour parking from eight A.M. to six P.M., on any day except Saturday, Sunday and federal holidays.
