A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD, WASHINGTON FINDING MICHAEL
J. WARREN AS THE OPERATOR, MANAGER OR
AGENT OF A PERMANENT SHOW OR PUBLIC
AMUSEMENT CENTER.
WHEREAS, Michael J. Warren did petition the
City of Port Orchard, requesting permission to operate
and manage a public amusement center (minature golf) at
Pettibone Park on Bay Street, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard did hold a hearing on June 8, 1987 as required in
P.O.M.C. 5.20.020 to consider Michael J. Warren's request
to operate and manage.a public amusement center (minature
golf) at Pettibone Park on Bay Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
THAT: It is hereby established that Michael
J. Warren is the operator, manager or agent of a
permanent show or public amusement within the City of
Port Orchard (minature golf -Pettibone Park on Bay
Street).
PASSED by the City Council of the City of
Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the
Clerk in authentication of such passage this 8th day of
June, 1987.
