A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD ESTABLISHING FEES FOR VARIOUS
PUBLICATIONS
WHEREAS, there is a cost to prepare documents
which are provided to the public and these costs should be
recovered where applicable,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Port Orchard does hereby resolve the following:
The following documents will cost as indicated:
Port Orchard Zoning Ordinance $3.00
Port Orchard Developer's Handbook $3.00
Zoning Map, 1:400 Scale $1.00
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 8th day of June, 1987.
