A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE CITY -
COUNTY AGREEMENT AND PROJECT PROSPECTUS
WITH THE WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION RELATIVE TO THE WIDENING
OF BETHEL ROAD.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard be
and hereby is authorized to sign the City -County Agreement
with the Washington State Department of Transportation and
Project -Prospectus relative to the initial traffic studies
and Environmental Impact Statement for widening Bethel Road
from SR 160 to the South Corporate limits.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
signed by the Mayor and attested.by the Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 24th day of February, 1986.
