A RESOLUTION ADOPTING -THE SITE PLAN OF
PROPOSED FLOATING DOCK IMPROVEMENTS
AND AMENDING THE PARKS CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PLAN.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard seeks to
improve the recreational facilities on the waterfront; and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard is seeking
participation from the Interagency Committee for Outdoor
Recreation in proposed waterfront improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City
Council of Port Orchard, Washington,
1. The City of Port Orchard adopts the site
plan of the proposed floating dock
improvements.
2. The City Capital Improvement Program for
park and Recreational Facilities is amended
to add the floating dock improvement and to
delete the playground waterfront.
PASSED by the City Council of the City'of Port
Orchard signed by the Mayor and attested by the:Clerk in
