A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF
DOCUMENTS TO PURCHASE RIGHT OF WAY
ALONG TREMONT STREET.
WHEREAS, The City of Port Orchard intends to
complete the Port Orchard Bypass by eventually constructing
Phase II of the project;
WHEREAS, The City of Port Orchard still requires
additional right of way for the completion of the Port
Orchard Bypass;
WHEREAS, The Puget Sound Co.unci.l of Governments
has allocated FAUS funds for this expansion of Tremont
Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
City Council of the City of Port Orchard that:
The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard be and
hereby is authorized to sign documents to use the FAUS funds
for the purchase of the required right of way along Tremont
Street.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 9th day of June, 1986.
