A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF DOCUMENTS
TO STABILIZE THE EMBANKMENT OF THE PORT
ORCHARD BYPASS.
WHEREAS, the slope of the Port Orchard Bypass
failed during the winter rains and needs to be repaired; and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard has been
offered federal funding for the required repairs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
City Council of the City of Port Orchard, that:
The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard be and
hereby is authorized to sign documents to use federal funds
to stabilize the slope of the Port Orchard Bypass.
PASSED by the City Council of .the City of Port
Orchard, signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 28th day of July, 1986.
