A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY
TRANSFER WITHIN FEDERAL SHARED
REVENUE FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD`` -DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, Federal Shared Revenue Regulations
Section 51.15 allows for expending funds less than 25% of
total Federal Shared Revenue Budget Monieswithout public
hearings.
THEREFORE, the City Treasurer is hereby
authorized to transfer the following:
The amount of Thirteen Thousand, Two Hundred
Eighty Five Dollars, ($13,285.00.) from :Federal Shared
Revenue -Machinery and Equipment - New Police Car
(199-594.2.1..64.1) to Federal Shared Revenue Re:p.a:irs and
Maintenance, Patrol (199-521.22.48) Nine Thousand,'Fou'r.;
Hundred Ninety Dollars, ($9,490.00) and Crime Prev,e`ntioh
(199-521.30.48) Three Thousand, Seven Hundred Ni6.ety Five
Dollars, ($3,795.00) to allow for retrofitting police
vehicles.
PASSED by the City Council of the City. of Fort
Orchard, signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
