A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD TO ESTABLISH ADMINISTRATIVE
FEES TO PROCESS SUBDIVISION .
APPLICATIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard requires
administrative review of each application to subdivide
property within the corporate limits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED., by the
City Council of the City of Port Orchard, that:
(1) A non-refundable fee of $25.00 shall be
paid
to the City of Port Orchard for an
application for a short subdivision.
(2) A non-refundable fee shall be paid'to the
City of Port Orchard in the amount of
$100.00 plus $5.00 per proposed lot for
an
application fora preliminary plat of a
long
subdivision.
(3) There is no charge for the final plat
application.
(4) A non-refundable fee. of $25.00 shall be
paid
to the City of Port Orchard for an
application to amenda short subdivision.
PASSED by the City Council of the Clity of Port
Orchard, signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 27.th day of October,
1986.
