A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF
SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO PARAGON, INC.,
FOR A SPECIFIC USE OF A PARCEL OF
PROPERTY WHICH IS IN HARMONY WITH THE
VARIOUS ELEMENTS OR OBJECTIVES OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND IS NOT
DETRIMENTAL TO EXISTING USES
PERMITTED -IN THAT PARTICULAR ZONE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: Whereas the City Planning Commission has
held the required public hearings in accordance with the
criteria set forth in Chapter 5 (Special Use Permits) of
Ordinance No'. 1163, Zoning Ordinance of'the City of Port
Orchard, and;
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has
recommended approval of the application of Paragon, I•nc., and
has recorded with the City Clerk their decision setting forth
their findings and recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Port Orchard does hereby adopt the findings and
recommendations of the Port Orchard Planning Commission as
it's own (Planning Commission Resolution No. 71-86 -
Attachment "A") and does hereby approve that a Special Use
Permit be issued in accordance with conditions imposed by
Ordinance No. 1163', Chapter 5 allowing a church and office to
be located at 817 Sidney Avenue.

#80110050142, per records of Kitsap County,
Washington.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 27th day of October,
1986.
