A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD ESTABLISHING
AN INSTALLMENT PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR
THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ESTABLISHED IN
ORDINANCE NO. 1372.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard has established a special assessment in Ordinance No.
1372 against the real property described as follows:
The west 25 feet of Lot 3, Block 12.
First Addition to Sidney, according
to plat recorded in Volume 1 of
Plats, Page 10 in Kitsap County,
.Washington
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the
special assessment should be paid in five equal installments
and should bear interest at 7% per ann.um, it is now,
therefore
RESOLVED that the special assessment of
$18,590.64 established by Ordinance No. 1372 shall bear
interest at 7% per annum and be paid in five equal annual
installments, the first installment being due on April 12,
1987 and thereafter on the same date each succeeding year
until paid in full. Each installment -payment shall be in the
amount of $3,718.13 plus accrued interest.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Port Orchard and approved by the Mayor
at a regular meeting thereof on this 12th day of January,
1987.
