A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1285
BY DELETING A SPECIFIC CONDITION OF
APPROVAL FROM SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 623 DWIGHT
WHEREAS, Michael McCormick, agent for law firm
of Crawford, McGillard, Peterson and Yelish has submitted
a request that the Port Orchard City Council delete
requirement of construction of upper parking lot as shown
on site plan which is a condition of approval for Special
Use Permit No. S-1018 as authorized December 27, 1982
(Resolution No. 1285) allowing property located at 623 Dwight
to be used as law offices; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard did on January 14, 1985 hold a Public Hearing
to receive testimony for or against request for deletion
of condition,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Port Orchard does hereby amend Resolution No. 1285 by
deleting requirement of construction of upper parking lot
as shown on site plan of Special Use Permit No. S-1018.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Port Orchard
and APPROVED by the Mayor this 28th day of January, 1985.
