A.RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
WASHINGTON FIXING THE DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING ON A PETITION FOR A VACATION OF
A PORTION OF PERRY AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Port Orchard, Wahsington, as follows:
THAT: a Public Hearing on the petition for
vacation of a portion of Perry Avenue further described
as fol l ovis,. i s hereby fixed for Monday, ;larch 25, 1985,
at 7:45 P.M., in the City Council Chamber, City Hall,
216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washington.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:.
Annapolis Block 29 Lot 1; Block 29
Lot 2 W 5 ft.
The petitioner is the owner of an interest in
real estate abutting on the above described area.
The petitioner constitutes more than two-thirds
of the owners of said portions of abutting property.
WHEREFORE, petitioner prays that nroceedinas be
had hereon for the vacation of said area of said street
in the manner prescribed by RCW 35.79.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor of the City of Port Orchard on this 25th day of
February, 1985.
