A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE CITY -
COUNTY AGREEMENT WITH THE WASHINGTON STATE
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION RELATIVE TO
THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT TREMONT STREET AND
SIDNEY AVENUE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard be
and hereby is authorized to sign the City -County Agreement
with the Washington State Department of Transportation
relative to the design and installation of the traffic signal
at Tremont Street and Sidney Avenue.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this llth day of March, 1985.
