A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL- OF
SEWER REVENUE FUNDS TO KITSAP COUNTY
OPERATIONAL FUND TO PROVIDE FOR THE
CITY'S SHARE OF MAINTENANCE FOR THE
JOINT WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The City Treasurer of the City of Port
Orchard be and hereby is authorized to deposit on a
monthly basis, funds from the City's sewer revenue
account to the Kitsap County Operational Fund to provide
for the City's share of maintenance for the Joint
Wastewater Treatment Facility.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Port
Orchard and APPROVED by the Mayor this 22nd day of
March, 1985.
