A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN STATE OF
WASHINGTON, DPEARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOP-
MENT "STATE RENTAL REHABILITATION GRANT"
APPLICATION TO AID IN RENOVATION OF THE
SIDNEY HOTEL.
WHEREAS, the Sidney Hotel is.a significant part of
the history of the City of Port Orchard, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of. Port Orchard
recognizes the importance of preserving historical structures
such as the "Sidney Hotel".
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Port Orchard does hereby authorize the Mayor to execute the
State of Washington, Department of Community Development,
"State Rental Rehabilitation Grant" application to financially
aid in renovations to the Sidney Hotel
PASSED by the Council of the City of Pork -Orchard and
APPROVED by the Mayor this 8th day of April, 1985.
