A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 1292 AND ADOPTING THE URBAN
WATERFRONT WALKWAY PLAN AS A PART OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PARK PLAN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT ORCHARD AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The 1985 Urban Waterfront Walkway Plan
be incorporated into the Port Orchard Comprehensive Parks,
Recreation and Open Space Plan, as adopted by the City
Of Port Orchard Resolution 1292, dated 25 April 1983.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard and APPROVED for the Mayor's signature this 28th
day of May, 1985.
