A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE CITY -
COUNTY AGREEMENT WITH THE WASHINGTON STATE
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION RELATIVE TO
THE INTERSECTION AT SR 160 AND BAY STREET
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard be
and hereby is authorized to sign the City -County Agreement
with the Washington State Department of Transportation
relative to the design and installation of improved
pedestrian access in vicinity of Westbay Intersection.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 28th day of May, 1985.
