A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PORT ORCHARD
BYPASS PROJECT AS BEING COMPLETED AND
ACCEPTABLE TO THE, CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
WHEREAS, the Port Orchard Bypass has been con-
structed in accordance with the plans and specifications;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds the final
product of this construction project to be acceptable;
NOW, THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED, by the City
of Port Orchard, Washington the City accepts the Port
Orchard Bypass Project (EDA Project Number 07-01-02700)
as being complete and satisfactory.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor of the City of Port Orchard this 24th day of June,
1985.
