1404 - Resolution - Segregation of PropertiesRESOLUTION NO. 1404t--� A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD' AUTHORIZING SEGREGATION OF PROPERTIES IN. ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 35.44.410 REVISED CODE OF WASHINGTON WHEREAS, Section 35.44.410 Revised Code of Washington allows Cities and Towns to order segregation of assessments; and WHEREAS, a request has been received for a segregation of U.L.I.D. #1 Account No. 34240140482003 Parcel Number 5411 described as follows: SEC 34 TWP 24 RGE OlE Lot D, City of Port Orchard Short Plat P024 containing 3.38 acres and assessed on January 18, 1984, in the amount of $2,741.09 plus interest at the rate of 10.6%; and WHEREAS, the segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on the same basis as the original assessment was levied and the total of the segregated assessment shall equal the assessment before segregation; and WHEREAS, a fee shall be charged in the amount of Ten Dollars ($10.00) for each tract of land for which a segregation is to be made and in addition a charge for reasonable engineering and clerical costs incident to making the segregation, and WHEREAS, the Council has determined that such segregation does not jeopardize the lien for such assessment.
