A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY TRANSFER WITHIN
FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, Federal Shared Revenue Regulation Section
51.15 a1lows for expending funds less than 25% of total
Federal Shared Revenue Budget Monies without public hearings.
THEREFORE, the City Treasurer is hereby authorized
to transfer the following:
The amount of Three Thousand One Hundred Forty
Dollars ($3,140) from Federal Shared Revenue -Telephone
System (199-594.28.64) to Federal Shared Revenue (199-
594.22.64) to allow for payment of new Fire Truck for the
City.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 23rd day of September, 1985.
