RESOLUTION NO. 1409c,/
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON DECLARING THAT ADDING THE CAPACITY
TO PROCESS SLUDGE IS A MODIFICATION OF THE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISCHARGE FACILITIES,
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHICH DOES NOT SUB-
STANTIALLY ALTER THE PURPOSE OF THE SEWERAGE
GENERAL PLAN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, as follows:
1. The general purpose of the sludge processing
facility is the betterment of the general
health and welfare, especially through improved
treatment of the domestic waste of the City of
Port Orchard and other property in the U.L.I.D.
No. 1 boundaries.
2. The addition of the sludge processing facility
is a modification of the original plans and
specifications that does not substantially
change the purpose of the sewerage general.plan.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor
of the City of Port Orchard this 23rd day of September, 1985
