A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE. MAYOR TO SIGN STATE OF
WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
HARBOR AREA LEASE NO. 2592 FOR THE PURPOSES
OF BUILDING AND MAINTAINING A WASTEWATER
TREATMENT FACILITY O'UTFALL AND PROVIDING
FOR PAYMENT OF LEASE FEES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the.City of Port Orchard be
and hereby is authorized to sign State of Washington
Department of Natural Resources Harbor Area Lease No. 2592
for the purpose of building and maintaining a wastewater
treatment facility outfall and providing for payment as
specified in attached copy of lease.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 13th day of February, 1984.
