AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO PROPOSED WORK
CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 WASTEWATER FACILITY
IMPROVEMENTS SCHEDULE C - TREATMENT PLANT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard be
and hereby is authorized to sign Proposed Work Change Order
No. 1 Wastewater Facility Improvements Schedule C - Treatment
Plant in the amount of Eleven.Thousan-d Nine Hundred Eighty -
Two Dollars and No'Cents. ($11,982.00) to provide for
additions/deductions as attached.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor of the City of Port Orchard on this 12th day of March,
