AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN ACCEPTANCE
AGREEMENT WITH GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CO.
RELATIVE TO WASTEWATER FACILITY I[IPROVEMENT
SCHEDULE D - OUTFALL
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The ilayor of the City of Port Orchard be
and hereby is authorized to sign Acceptance Agreement with
General Construction Co. relative to Wastewater Facility
Improvement Schedule D - Outfall.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor
of the City of Port Orchard on this 12th day of March, 1984.
