A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT HARBOR
LINE BOUNDRY NEAR MARINA PUMP STATION ON
ORCHARD STREET.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DO
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: the Mayor of the City of Port Orchard is
hereby authorized to accept harbor line boundary by the
marina pump station on Orchard Street near Kitsap County
Bank, Bay Street as depicted on survey done by McGinnis
and Assoc. also hereby acknowledged to not be same harbor
boundry line as reflected on survey done by Jones and
Assoc.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVE by the
Mayor of the City of Port Orchard this 23rd day of April,
1984.
