A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN HART CROWSER
AND ASSOCIATES, INC. PROPSAL FOR PROVIDING
GEOTECHNICAL, CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE
PORT ORCHARD BYPASS PROJECT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard be
and hereby is authorized to sign Proposal for Providing
Geotechnical consulting services for the Port Orchard
Bypass Project between Hart Crowser and Associates, Inc.
and the City of Port Orchard.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor
of the City of Port Orchard on this 23rd day of April, 1984.
