RESOLUTION NO. 1354
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN PROPOSED
WORK CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 HUMPHREY CONSTRUCTION
RELATIVE TO WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard be
and hereby is authorized to sign Proposed Work Change Order
No. 3 - Humphrey Construction relative to Wastewater treat-
ment Facility at a cost of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
and No Cents ($1,500.00).
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor of the City of Port Orchard on this 23rd day of April,
1984.
