A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN DOCUMENTS
RELATIVE TO EDA PROJECT #07-01-02700
CERB PROJECT #C-83-7 TO AID IN FINANCING
CONSTRUCTION OF A HIGHWAY BRIDGE ACROSS
BLACKJACK CREEK AND APPROXIMATELY 3,200
l.f. OF NEW 2-LANE ROADWAY CONNECTING
EXISTING TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS - CALLED
THE PORT ORCHARD BYPASS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard by
and hereby is authorized to sign documents relative to EDA
Project #07-01-02700 and CERB Project #C-83-7 to aid in
financing construction of a highway bridge across Blackjack
Creek and approximately 3,200 l.f. of new 2-lane roadway
connecting existing transportation systems - called the
Port Orchard Bypass.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor of- the., City of Port Orchard this 25th day of June,
1984.
