A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN INTERGOVERN-
MENTAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH KITSAP
COUNTY SEWER DISTRICT NO. 5 RELATIVE TO
THE JOINT SEWER TREATMENT PLANT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard be
and hereby is authorized to sign an Intergovernmental
Services Agreement with Kitsap County Sewer.District No. 5
relative to Joint Sewer Treatment Plant.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this loth day of January, 1983.
