A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE WASTE-
WATER CONSTRUCTION GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF'PORT ORCHARD AND THE STATE OF
WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard be
and hereby is authorized to sign the Wastewater Construction
Grant Agreement between the City of Port Orchard and the
State of Washington Department of Ecology.
PASSED by the City Council and APPR0VED by the
Mayor of the City of Port Orchard on this loth day of
January, 1983.
